In 2010 I went along to a "test your fitness" day with QLD fire fighters - not really having done any kind of fitness training, but thinking I would be fine due to my work as a labourer. Haha, was I ever wrong! I think I was certainly in denial over my weight and fitness level and the results of the fitness test showed that!. From then on, I started my own weight loss and fitness journey, firstly joining a conventional mainstream gym, then moving on to crossfit.

I have lost over 20kgs and had a massive improvement in my cardiovascular functioning. I have heaps of energy and now love being active. It's just more fun being fit.

I would love to help other people reach their fitness and well being goals - which is why I'm now a qualified PT and working with Bootcamps Australia.

I can't wait to build and grow my business and help change people's lives.
